Stock Availability

Good news! 99% of the time, all our advertised products online are in stock. From time to time, we may experience a shortage of stock due to being sold out. This will be marked on the product line as out of stock. However, in case it is not updated, stock is always in transit for replenishment with average lead times of 1-4 weeks. Our customer service team will contact you to notify an estimated time if that’s the case.

Cost of Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, suburb, and province where you would like the goods shipped.

Free Flooring Samples Delivery

Thank you for selecting our samples! You are one step closer to choosing the right colour tone for your home or project. Our automated system will notify you when we receive your order, dispatch your order, and provide tracking information for online tracking. Please note that our couriers do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers—only residential or business addresses during checkout.

Flooring Orders

Thank you for ordering from ShopFlooring.ca. Once we receive your order, our team will begin preparing the shipment for delivery or pickup and will send out order and dispatch confirmations. You must be present on the day of delivery to receive any bulk flooring orders. Depending on the delivery location, either our transport vehicles or couriers will deliver the material. All drivers will require you to be present to assist with a hand unload option.

Local Truck Run – ShopFlooring.ca Delivery Trucks

Allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed when selecting ShopFlooring.ca truck runs. Our drivers will call to book a date and approximate time that suits you.

Pickup from Warehouse

Customers can choose to collect their orders from our warehouse during business hours only. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you when the goods are ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.

Standard Shipping – Metro Canada Area Deliveries

Allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery transit times.

Standard Shipping – Regional Canada Area Deliveries

Allow extra delivery transit times. Some regions will require you to collect from the nearest depot due to logistics capabilities.

On request for regional depots that are too far to collect from, our team can provide further quotation options for direct delivery to your property. The customer will receive a quote for any extra freight costs, which must be approved and paid before delivery.

Your Local Depot Delivery, for You to Collect (Applicable to Regional Areas)

Delivery to your nearest transport depot for pickup may be more cost-effective than home delivery. You can pick up your order at a convenient time. With access to hundreds of depot locations across Canada, please email your order and location details to explore more affordable shipping options, especially for regional areas.

Bulk Pallets ONLY – Nearest Depot Collections

Delivery for pallet orders to be collected at the nearest selected depot is a cost-effective option for regional cities. If selecting this option at checkout or if you need a quote from our customer service team, please choose the preferred depot location in the checkout shipping options. You will receive tracking information for the shipment once it arrives at the depot for collection.
